Ah, Mr. Tar Balls himself. Interesting that Mike Stoker would honor this guy who promotes intensifying oil drilling along our coastline.

Wonderful to see Mr. Handelman honored. His insight for coming up with a solution that will not only solve our County's pollution problem and clean our beaches but put hundreds of millions of dollars in the California and Santa Barbara coffers is brilliant. A win-win for all. He will go down in history for saving California.
