What the heck is up with the 3 transients throwing sand at a 3-year old?! Last month I heard of a "transient" punching a 5-year old in the mouth on State Street. This is outrageous! Lucky it wasn't my kid or there'd be another scanner entry following that....

Yea if it was my kid there would be 3 transients and a dog going thru a woodchipper! I'm sick of nothing really being done concerning things like this.

Roger - no kidding! I think I might become a superhero that just goes around "stopping" transients who pick on toddlers. Now I just need a cool name....

In all fairness the transients did say that the 3yr old was bulling them and started the hole thing by kicking sand in there face and calling them names like birdy, blue and the one that really set them off, hair....... I'm sure they wont press charges against the 3yr old !!
