581: OP here. My original subject line was "Water Main Bust". I had pulled over to the side of the road to report this to Edhat. Sorry if the semantics of this instant news-worthy post (in an internet age where we can miraculously share information instantaneously over wireless satellites that go to space and back to earth) don't meet with your approval. Oh well, you can't please everyone! I'll try to do better, the next time i think a report needs to be made on the fly.

It should read "broken" or "burst" in headline, and "broke" in News & Interest caption. "Busted" is not the correct word. Where's the copy editor? Is the water main out of money? Did it get pinched for selling drugs?
