Rumor says the person walking was dressed in dark clothing. It's very hard to see a person in the dark with dark clothing when you are the driver. Very sad news.

The name of the person who was fatily injured at hollister and arboleta was Paul Wolden; who lived in area for about 20 years' long time resident of old modoc motel.
