The RV from Refugio was towed in, see yesterday's photos. This looks like it must have been abandoned and caught fire. Did you call the Sheriff's so they can get it out of there?

When I lived there, people routinely camped overnight there with impunity. The groves nearby are also swarming with homeless as evidenced by the recent camp fire across Hollister. I assume the huge development by UCSB will help with this particular issue, though at the expense of traffic and other nuisances.
