There does not appear to be a public portal. Rather, there is a listserv that provides algal density counts for Gaviota and Goleta piers and Stearns Wharf. Details are at the website for the oceandatacenter at UCSC.edu, with the modifier MBHAB/HABMAP. Sorry for the convoluted address, but now you have to pay to post a link here.
