A loss is a loss is a loss no matter if it is by minutes, seconds, inches, or yards it is still a loss. It sucks just as much.

At half time the score was tied. Then SBHS had a major lead. I was surpised when Atascadero won.

SB lost because they have a great player with a hot head and a foul mouth and it cost them a lot of penalties. Unfortunate for his teammates.

437 hit the nail on the head..... if by the end of the game your opponent has more points than you they win and you lose. To parse it any other way is just making excuses. Nobody gets better or addresses mistakes from making excuses. Next time play better, be more competitive, execute effectively so you can claim the win.

SB has sucked for a while, or at least since I played with Torlando Boldin, and a few other guys who let their play speak for them instead of being more concerned with swag. I think the Cunningham bros, and a few others are the only ones who gave all and should be considered Golden Tornadoes. SB has lost it's luster in the football game, the kids don't seem as big or quick as when I was a Don. Maybe that has to do with steroids and more time in the weight room and/or better coaching back then. Just my opinion, Van Pelt out of SM was the last of a dying breed.
