Investigating underneath the freeway..This is along the railroad tracks there is some smoke..

All units still responding..Lite smoke showing between Olive Mill and Cabrillo On Ramp..Best access is on the freeway..

It is a small fire from a homeless camp..Sounds like another warming fire.

2 Or 3 engines are on scene everyone else can cancel..Fire is knocked down.

Primary Search all clear..Sounds like there is no one there to take responsblity for the fire..

This is another fire caused by transients in the past several weeks. It sounds like they got this one quickly. It's scary what has happened here-fires, assaults, robberies, harassment, etc. We have provided a mecca for transients and it is becoming ever more dangerous as a result.
