"One usually carries a knife"???? How do you know this and is that even legal? Guess it depends on the size..?

Sounds like Roger has the word on who they are; maybe one is known to police and they know he usually has a knife, or someone on site told them. I never question Roger; he's "the man" when it comes to letting us know what is happening.
