does anyone know what Caltrans has in the works for the railroad bridge at Hollister/State/Modoc? there is a flashing sign on hollister warning of impending work from 9/17 - 12/31 portending terrrrrible traffic problems at the infamous Bowtie!!!!!!!!!!!

Is it just me or does it annoy anyone else when cops don't follow the law? On my commute today I saw two motorcycle cops enter the highway at El Sueno going north. They didn't signal at all and moved over to the left lane and were going at least 75 until they got on the 217 (again, not signaling to move over). They didn't slow down for the construction and entered the University. Nice example, officers.
