You've obviously never taken a geology course. Checking out road cuts along with drinking whiskey during field camp are part of the trade. The geology department at SBCC is top notch.

Excuse me but what good does it do to whine and complain about what people are doing waaaayyyyyy over there? Pointing out people's failings or errors behind their backs to complete strangers is neither helpful or pro-active.... it's gossiping in the worst possible way. If you want to complain about the way a geology field trip is run take it up with the instructor or the dept chair. Getting the Edhat readership to agree with you changes NOTHING, accomplishes about as much and serves no one but YOU. Jeez welcome to the Reality TV culture!!
