Groovy cat, who needs a watch dog?! We just lost a similar looking black cat a few weeks ago, in Carpinteria.

427P, I think it is small enough that no permit is needed...not a whole lot different from a small patio in your yard. Flicka, I'm sorry for your loss. Our Shadow was put down last year and we still miss her around the house. Summertime, aren't black cats the best personalities?
