At Juinipero Victim turned out to be an off leash K-9 it got hit obviously injured it ran away..Injured K-9 loose in the area..

People may fly (we don't know if that is the case this time), but a leash could have also prevented this. (We do know there was no leash) Poor pup and poor person who hit it.

Loose dogs and cats also run into the street between parked cars and you have no chance to stop. I feel sorry for the person who hit it, that is always traumatizing and sorry for the owner who may or may not have allowed the dog to run loose. Sometimes they escape from fenced yards. Sad situation all the way around.

Maybe some of those neighborhood SLOW DOWN signs would be helpful on that street.

If it was a small white dog, there was a guy posting lost dog signs near Trader joes on DLV this afternoon. It that might be his dog it would be a kindness for someone in the area to alert him.
