If Roger had a description, he would post it. I think it is a Good FYI for now. In the 80'' I had the unfortunate experience of being the recipient of 2 stall peepers within a short period of time. First at a county club post tournament party bathroom, looking from the top of the stall (back then jumpsuits were popular so I was half nude by the time I was on the can) and not long after in a bathroom of a gas station in LA The TP was empty, so the holder says " reach up for next roll" ,but there is nothing there so I look up into the holder and there is a face staring down from a hole that was cut out in the wall. At that point I went nuts on the guy and he ended up locking the station and driving away, but it was late and i didn't pursue it, but I had a phobia about using public bathrooms for quite a while and would scope out every place It was amazing how many peepholes I would see once I started looking for them. The whole thing is a bit weird.

Happened to me when I was 10 my Father was right outside the bathroom door waiting for me he put the guy in the hospital. He was good at putting people in the hospital..Not much of a discription see ins his bottom half was covered.

Back in the early 80's a sick creep was arrested at the Gaviota rest stop. He had covered himself in plastic and was sitting in the "muck" at the bottom of the women's toilet pit. Some things never change.
