210: I don't know where you expect people on bikes to ride then? Its dangerous if either party isn't paying attention, not an issue with the method of transport.

cars and bikes don't belong on the same road together. leaves the cyclists physically hurt and drivers emotionally scarred.

I'm hoping for a year of probation and a revoked license too. Sad for the victim, sad for the driver.

The jail sure doesn't want an 84 year old in jail. The medical bills could be horrendous.

Sad all the the way around - I can only assume they will revoke his drivers license and give him unsupervised probation.
