There is some inaccuracy in this quote: "More than eight million dollars in state funding has been cut from California's Community College system over the past four years." There has been a heck of a lot more than $8 million cut from the entire community college system over 4 years. Maybe the $8 million figure refers to SBCC alone.

this is why I left SBCC. Too hard to get what you need as far as getting your required classes. It was easier just to finish at the university level-just have to tighten your boot straps a little.
