What an awful pig. No, pigs are awesome creatures compared to this beast. Whatever this beast is, it's diseased. Put it down with a painful needle. Give the innocent child a lifetime of free therapy, love, guidance, and reassurance. Poor girl. Up against a monster like this. There is real evil in this world.

Much as I hate the classification "forcible" rape, it is appropriate to distinguish between statutory rape, which might have applied in this case as the victim is a minor and the perp is an adult. A really gross and disgusting adult...but I digress. It's a legal term. In the case of Paul Ryan and Todd Akin, they misuse the term "forcible rape" and "legitimate rape" because they are ignorant fools who want to take women back to the dark ages.

So another gang-banger -- the police KNEW who this criminal was - guaranteed he has been caught for other crimes, given a slap on the wrist and let go - only to laugh at our "legal" system and giving high-fives to his people that spend their time making sure their people don't spend time in jail. I'm sick of it.
