I reported what I heard reporting party was a male claiming to be the grandson said his 17 year old sister was being raped by her 45 year old grandfather I don't give a damn what you don't believe.

Could have been a step grandparent. Although when I was 14 I had a friend that's mom had given birth to her at 15 and that ones mom had given birth to HER at 15... so that made grandma 44.

There were also acouple rapes in Goleta Friday night I did not hear the exact location but heard City police and Sheriffs talking about it.

@542 - Since there are hundreds, if not thousands of cases reported every year in the U.S., of rapes committed against infants and toddlers, your extremely judgmental comments reflect more on what's going on in your mind, than on the character of the victim's parents.
