If it has a second floor, then yes, the is a need for an elevator! ADA says so! Not everyone can climb stairs, you know.

No medical problems, that's the Santa Barbara Artificial Kidney Dialysis Center. I thought they had a new edition, is there really a need for an elevator? From the many times I've been inside, no.

They killed the power and let the pressure out.. People are out of the elevator no medical problems.
