Sounds like a LoJack is the way to go for anyone with a decent car. If anyone stole my '94 beatup Ford they'd deserve it!!

Do the SBPD, SB Sheriff, & local Hiway Patrol all use Lojack to find vehicles?

I know it's very effective in large, metro areas, especially in LA & NYC.

How much does it add to the coast of a new car? Are there monthly fess like XM Radio, OnStar, etc?

All local agencies has Lojack. Four of the antennas on the top of the units are the Lojack antennas. They need four antennas to triangulate the Lojack signal
