Police are attempting to contact suspect..Letting him know there is a K-9 Dog out here. No response from suspect.

Anthony P needs to be off the streets he has been disturbing the community for the past few weeks the drugs have gotten to him and he is a danger not only is he walking around talking to himself but crawling through the blocks asking for God's forgiveness and thinking the devil has him. those drugs have officially taken over he should have been off the streets a week ago when he beat up his mom in tht same salinas apartment. More calls came in about his 5150 status and complaints about him walking on the roof of his apartment. If that is not enough then what is. Pigs worrying about gangmember but not the drugged up guy who walks the eastside bagging himself with a stick and banging on business throughout the eastside. He needs help and being in the streets isnt doing him any good

There's nothing wrong with walking around and talking to ones self I do it all the time. I don't do the other stuff though.
