My parents were on scene. My dad assisted in lifting the vehicle to get one of the accident victims out from under the car. Apparently they were heading to a wedding reception :( My dad purely from observation says alcohol did not seem to be a factor, but perhaps driving too fast. Hitting the side gravel , braking hard and losing control of the car. Very sad. They all have been in our prayers, and my parents praying hard for the "red tag" girl that she survives!

@OAKTREE That is how the incident appears on the CHP info website. looks like it was cut and past from the CHP page.
