It will only keep them away until the meetings are switched back to their headquarters. What we need is the gang injunction, now.

Here is a better idea: Put a donut shop next to the Franklin center and the cops will be there day and night. Problem solved.

Is the SBPD a "paper tiger" when dealing with these street toughs? Why can't gang activity be tamped down?

213 The SBPD has a hard time admitting there is a problem, so they do nothing to solve the "non-problem". Suddenly gangs are threatening FAMILIES...I wonder why...actually, no, no I don't wonder why.
