The article is a grammatical nightmare. This author should be required to take 6th grade over. "...was arrested back last month, after being accused of being on the run for nearly a year, rape and burglary" "...man waved his right to..."

Mediocrity at it's best. Poor spelling or grammar won't keep you from earning a degree in English or Journalism but it sure points out flaws in your education and deficits in your professionalism.
