He must have had a decent lawyer who told the DA the way it was going to happen-he should go to prison the felon in possesion scumbag-we have a bunch of spineless prosecuters-hopefully when he gets out after a day or so he camps out in one of the spinelesses backyard

Felon with a gun and on parole and all he gets is a measly 180 days, which really means about 60 days on SWAP or electric monitoring. These are the punks that should be sent back to prison for a 5 yr term at least, he obviously didn't learn his lesson from brandishing a gun in a crime before. Crazy and Stupid judges letting these guys off as well as rapos.

I do hope that the police return the personal belongings to Mr. Roberson as soon as he is released from custody. Clearly he is a working man and needs his tools--gun, black bandanna, gloves and ski mask to be a productive member of our society.
