It was a report of a motorcyclist down near the Olive Mill on ramp there was only one reporting potty..Guess the guy got up and split. I saw the Ventura accidents listed on the CHP Site also..

Cyclists, please drive safely and lawfully at all times. Realize that you may not be visible to motorists depending on your position. Lane splitting, while legal in some circumstances (when traffic in lanes is going below a certain speed due to congestion) is abused and dangerous in this area. If I'm not expecting you to be there and can't see you and you are doing something unlawful and stupid....well then don't blame the car drivers when you get u=hurt.

Of course mototrcylists will not be visible at all times, especially when the drivers aren't paying attention. SB has to be the clueless driver capital of California. I wish there were an actual study to prove this.

159, if there was a way to track the amount of data being sent and received by mobile devices that are moving on the roads around town your suspicion would most likely be confirmed.
