Why is this big news? The counterfeiting drug dealers pass counterfeit bills at the Chumash casino all the time. Maybe it is because the the Sheriff's former civilian P.R. man was married to the casino P.R. Woman. Keep all the crime, drugs, alcohol abuse and prostitution going on in the "Chumash casino Resort and Hotel" from the public it is bad for business. Thank goodness for the Valley Voice Newspaper that is not affraid to tell the truth and report the facts. Too bad it is not more widely read on this side of the mountains. That is a much bigger story than this one. But then KEYT makes a lot of money from the advertising paid for by the casino. Maybe that explains the importance of this small story versus the major one involving casino crime occurring on a regular basis and that recieves little public distribution.
