Why is traffic so bad this week? Not only the density of the vehicles but the insanity of some of these zippity doo dah drivers and big rigs stacked end to end two lanes wide. Makes me think there's a LOT of L.A. knobs are up here, but why the big increase in trucks?

In the past the only reason big rigs used our 101 corridor was because the 5 was blocked due to a big accident or fire or other disaster. Anyone know if that is the case now?

Yea, agreed. The traffic at 5:45 am was more like 8:00 am going to work traffic. Never seen it that busy so early in the mining. What's up with that? And the slow drivers in the left hand lane only made it worse.
