It's actually the "Hotel Californian". My parents spent the first night of their honeymoon their in 1930. Post earthquake. It was the only night they spent in a hotel. The rest of the honeymoon was camping. My understanding is that the facade will be retained. So many memories. I'm just old enough to remember the Leilani Room....

My one and only time puking on the streets of Santa Barbara was right outside the hotel after a night at Rocky's. Good times.
