How does filing a lawsuit help conservationists purchase the property, other than stalling for time? Too bad they didn't put the lawsuit money towards a down payment on the property.

There are over 100 houses for sale and they want to build more homes? What for? There are no jobs here. Low income? My neighborhood in Goleta has empty houses just sitting. People can not even make the payments. Who wants to end up like Los Angeles . City after city after city all together.

The thought of "owning" land is the joke in itself. "I got there first so its my land." Yeah, if you don't count all the wildlife that has been there for generations. Humans will favor any idea that make their lives easier. We were given the power of intelligence, and we responded with greed.
