These gang fightings seem so silly and childish to this midwest fella. I just don't get it. If you say it out-loud "This our turf" "this our side" sounds like those childhood screams from my sisters to my mom. "She's touching me" they would yell to our Mom when my sisters long hair will blow into our face in the back seat. Then we reward some banger who wakes up in his 40's when he's all pussed out and also realizes how ridiculous gangs are. He gets a plaque and framed certificate and a free university education. So bizarre.
