I manage rentals This kind of thing happens more often than people realize. Everything from people forgetting they stored something in the oven when they decided to preheat and then run an errand to turning the gas up and not off in a hurry to leave in the morning. Advice of the day, Renters insurance!

Yes, renter's insurance for sure! It's cheap and can lower your auto rates, sometimes enough so that the savings can completely pay for the renter's insurance.
