Can you tell us a little about it please? Who was invited and who made the beautiful food and what was the purpose....just social or a fund raiser. It looks like a beautiful feast, beautiful food and decor and the setting looks amazing too. Maybe we can do something like that here.

(Homer Drool) I saw the one shot of the menu. Did you keep it? Can you post a readable picture? The rest of your pics are gorgeous. - a food porn fan -

You can find out more about the dinners via Totally Local VC. There are a series of three, the next one in September - Dinner at the Beach. Anyone can attend and tickets sell out quickly. The chef for this evening, Tim Kilcone of Side Car restaurant in Ventura. Desserts provided by Marie Shannon Confections in Ventura located on Chestnut Street. Thanks for the great comments!

Very nice images. I particularly like the last one since I have taken pictures of the Mission from the same spot during the day--yours is much more dramatic.

You are a photographer for a travel magazine, food section! Great shots, I forget that Ventura has a mission, I've never been, I think I'll go. Thanks for the photos!

arty photos but would have loved to have seen people in some, how many diners were in attendance and what was the dress code? Would have been interesting to see the community participating.
