This is such a scary area at night....and intimidating when you go to the library during the day. Individuals looking for a place to retire should be escorted to Casa Esperanza or another shelter where security and health services are offered.

180P Agreed, but with so many homeless (assuming that's the case here) we'd have to hire buses. Still, this was someone's bright-eyed baby at one time.....
