I'd be interested to know what the annual salary is for the guy who administers the Museum and Foundation.
This group wants to expand the Veterans' Memorial Building on Cabrillo Blvd.
It is quite controversial particularly since it is located in an area where the Chumash lived for a very long time.
Does any one know the true story?

There was an earlier thread that talked about this & the Chumash don't mind what ON the ground but below the ground.

The Veterans building is NOT the "museum" no matter how much Mr. Blankenship wishes it was. With the latest discovery of a Chumash bone during the preparation for installation of an elevator, there is NO WAY any additional "expansion" will be contemplated
