Where exactly is Windy Gap? It seems about 90% of the accidents on 154 happen there.

Windy Gap is about four or five miles up the Pass from State Street. It is very dark and curves sharply. If everyone would put their lights on as is required, there would be far less problems there. Please folks, put your lights on and make it safer for everyone.
