The gas is being shut off or has been shut off..This is an apartment building. There has been 415 actitives here the past couple days. Room mates fighting locking each other out..

Lived next door to a woman who turned on the gas. Refridgerator sparked it 'found her blown through a wall. She was on fire like a log in a fire place. She lived about another hour' hell of a way to go.

Yea it's a scarey thing I had a friend that was near the gas explosion at the Modoc Motel many years ago he and another man pulled the victims out of that. He told me the woman had her skin blown off..He had a real hard time dealing with life after that.

415 pc is penal code for a crime. They have been out several times to this address in the past couple days..

Alittle dialogue between police for ya. It Smells like kerosene in the apartment....Female in possession of a knife..She has a towel in her left hand on fire, not burning very much but it's on fire.- Walking around kitchen with the knife in her hand.- One officer requesting a fire extinguisher from anothers vehicle.- She keeps going to the window holding the knife, then walks away.- Looking out the window.- Some one said something about a sheild. Then getting a fire ladder to gain access to another apartment across the way.- Shes burning photographs.- She was burning several items in the kitchen off and on. Sometimes small flames could be seen sometimes just smoke.- For awhile the police were waiting for the ram to arrive then her boyfriend bought a key. But I guess they didn't have a key to the front door. They contacted the manager but I don't know if they got the right key?- Shes waving the smoke around.- Someone said they had a ram in their car and they were responding.- Shes got a pretty good fire in there.- She has something on fire at the end of a stick. Possibly a broom stick.- Shes on the ground mumbling to herself waving the knife.- For a time they thought there was a female juvenile in the apartment with her but confirmed there was non one else in the apartment with her.- There was a fire burning on the kitchen floor, she had the knife to her own throat.- One officer asked another if he thought the fire might spread? The other said not at this time.- Then someone said she might be pregant.- Now she was in the bathroom holding money and a blue glove.- Shes closed the blinds we've lost visual.- They discovered that they had partical visual.- She was rubbing her head then she put her face down on the counter.- She looking at a photograph.- Manager is enroute with the key.- SBPD officer speaking with the woman thru a window.- Stereo is going pretty loud.- She is looking at a stuffed in one hand and holding a knife in the other to her throat.- She just grabbed a bottle of prescription medication.- Shes now requesting that police bring one of her children to the window.- There are no fires at this time she is sitting on the ground waving her arms around.- Another officer speaking to her in the kitchen.- She asked an officer to enter the apartment but would not open the door.- She is lighting rubber gloves on fire and has thrown them on the carpet.- Police requesting that the fire department shut off electric to the building.- Police to Breach door but not to enter.- She is barracading herself behind a small table and still has possession of the knife.- She is in the NorthWest corner of the room.- Lost visual lite smoke comming from the window.- Right after that they went in and got her one in custody.- I wrote most of it down not all of it..
