Would love to see the rest of the cat that belongs to the first of the two tails in the window. Looks like possibly a summer cut with a sense of humor.

Yes, Mesarats, that's my all-black long-haired cat with her lion cut. She looked pretty embarrassed when she first came home.

Re 294. Did the same thing to our big Maine Coon last summer and he also appeared a bit humiliated He looked like a Dr Seuss character, but it cut down on the hair and dirt and was rather entertaining.

So happy I wasn't the only bunny person submitting pics! I agree with Uptous - bunny & kitty friends are adorable. Mine was the couch bunny. I also loved the huskies, the drawer kitties, the nose-up close-up (under the golden at the beach - the eyes in this one just kill me!), the chin, and that poor, poor pup in the beginning with the collar & bandaging.

for those extra thick-coated cats, or those older ones for whom grooming is physically difficult, this tool is inexpensive, and boy does it work. Cats love it; in fact it helped tame my feral adoptee, Kitty Cat. One swipe and she was hooked forever. She won't come in now to eat until she has had a zoom-groom session first. http://www.houzz.com/photos/92871/KONG-Cat-Zoom-Groom-Brush-contemporary-pet-accessories-other-metros

Best "flash request" ever!! Seedlady, great feral cat story, proof the cats can love it. They don't have to clean as much and cough up hairballs.

It seems that some people aren't clear on the concept of fur. Think "mammal".

067, don't be so picky, be glad your tax dollars are not paying for another iguana at the county shelter! They're very hard to adopt out. All the pets are great.

Nice job everyone! But I feel so sad looking at the pic of the doggie with the bandage and collar, he/she looks sad and beat up. Dog fight? Illness?
