Have lived here 42 years.. Never saw a beach bacteria warning at goleta beach! What caused this warning?

it's unfortunate that these reports can't include the bacterial level in the bird refuge water,type and amount..........
know its not required as no one swims there... but would be very revealing I suspect.......
