So the DA is going to review if charges should be filed??? Umm charges for what? Leaving food on the stove? Charges for the SBPD overreaction on a rumor?? BTW did you see how much gear was involved on this rumor. The officers have more gear on than our troops in Afghanistan. So much gear you would think they were going on a combat mission for a month they even had a tank!!! One guy must have had on 70+lbs of stuff on him. The police these days are no different than combat troops. The militarization of the police is extremely fishy...Who the hell pays for all this gear??? why is it needed??

So the cops pay for the tank out of their salary? If so who gets to drive it home at night or do they take turns?
