Locals and Garmin GPS users will be on 154. My Garmin insists I exit 101 at 154 when heading to NorCal even though I prefer the 101, especially at night.

You have to figure Caltrans and their business partner, Granite Construction, are behind this 'make-work, fleece the taxpayer' fiasco.
