Probably better not to have photos; it's unlikely that the jerks who do such trashing read edhat but seeing the pictures would encourage others to visually litter the harbor.

My guess it was a graffiti 'artist' trying to give a message to "The World" when it was anchored offshore last week. Very large sign, but still graffiti.
