I enjoy quail with a good Pinot Noir, and duck with a nice Cabernet Sauvignon. Haven't found the best pairing yet for puddy-tat.

We had baby quail come with their parental units thru our yard a few weeks ago, a couple of times, but they must have moved on. I hope all chicklets (or whatever you call baby quail) are happy and growing healthy. Thanks to you rescuers for all you do! (And for sharing awesome baby pics!)
