Lots of comments. I like the ones about making it a felony...although not very well thought out; The graffiti issue is merely a symptom of the terrible indifference in our 'beautiful' community. These mischievous people have been let down by the community, the schools, their own parents, and themselves. How do you reach these children? Well, it's not exactly obvious what the right thing to do is. Perhaps we should lock ourselves up for a little while and actually give a shit enough to think about a solution to what is really needed. The answer is to care and invest money in our youth, yes money. All of you who recently voted against funding our local schools, this tags for you! Violates Comment Policy #7
