Passed the accident at Paradise shortly after it happened. Man in passenger seat of 1 car was still in the seat and many were standing by car talking to him. Did not seem life-threatening. A second accident? That would explain the parade of sirens coming our way as we descended 154.

Between the people who are distracted over losing their money at the Casino and those that think that hitting up 15 wineries in a day doesn't get you buzzed - it's a wonder more of these tragic events don't happen.

Well, not to be picky, but this accident appears to have been caused by one vehicle turning onto 154 from Paradise Road in front of another vehicle traveling on 154. You can't blame this one on the Casino. Pay attention people.

I see that all the time there, people are traveling smoking fast down the hill, round that last sweeping turn and the cars coming out of Paradise don't realize that traffic is moving, usually, much faster than 55mph. I see near misses at least a couple of times a month there.

Well, 1083. Maybe you'd better pay attention to the obvious causes of many accidents. Drinking and driving. Both take place in the Valley on weekends.
