Confused:::::: So, I just read yesterday that they had a search warrant for Lani's apartment and they were not there. But, they still have him in custody??? And, now they are talking about a second man being present at the hospital, but not charged??? ~~~~~~
I just need a straight story with the facts.....

color me confused as well ... shouldn't the investigation have been done immediately following the accident? and what about the story regarding woodys detailing the bloody suv? the police took pictures and then told them to go ahead and detail it??!!! whaaaat? shouldn't they have collected evidence? maybe i watch to much csi, but this seems like mayberry goofy cop work to me. a decent lawyer will tear tear them up in court over this.

Immediately after the incident occured the police were not aware it was a "surfing" affair. In fact, the man who brought the two girls in was a hero to one and all. I believe there were two men involved in the run to the hospital. What a mix up.

It seems to me that the driver's prior record speaks for itself, at a volume similar to that of the hip-hop-spewing sub-woofers in the pimped-out Cadillac Escalades that sometimes roll through our neighborhood in the wee hours of the morning.
