Dear City of Goleta,
Please have someone with editing skills proof-read your letters before printing and sending thousands of them. "Three days prior to the start of all phases, the Contractor shall post door hangers to notice you of the impending work." NOTIFY, not NOTICE. I've already harassed Alan (affectionately) about him noticing me as he fixes my street. My English is not impeccable, but this is an obvious and grating error.
