555: Oh yeah! There are LOTS of uglier buildings around. Check out some of the monstrosities on campus, for example. At one time, before political correctness, there was a dual contest in the Daily Nexus: pick the ugliest building on campus, and name the ugliest building on campus. The "winner" if I recall, was The Events Center. The runner up was The Learning Resources Center (which is now called Kerr Hall, I think). The names were the fun part though. The tie for winning name of The Events Center was "Sears Largest Tool Shed" and "The Box That Learning Resources Came In." I still think either of those is a better name than The Events Center or The Thunder Dome.
