I like your idea about us residents getting some kind of financial incentive for putting up with this enormous homeless population. For those that are truly unable to care for themselves it is one thing but for those that are young, carefree and camping, it is disgusting. They come here, beg, fight, intimidate, steal, etc. and they act like it is our job to work hard to support them. Nope, I won't do it either!

Love the scanner reports for the info. Some of Rogers misspellings are funny, but the fart and potty jokes are no longer humorous, just disgusting. Ease up Roger.
