Good morning, yes it is beautiful outside, funny how a sunny morning can effect your mood for the better than gloomy days. People have always made assumptions based on personal appearances, unfortunately the only way you can overcome it is let your actions speak for you. There is a difference being honest an nice to people and letting them use you or take your kindness and honesty for their advantage. I am a believer in treating others how you want to be treated but sometimes the laws of the land are set in place to keep people down so you have to bend them to excel. I also believe religion does more harm than good. You would think with all we know about science and evolution nowadays, there are still people killing one another and having wars over words that were wrote by some man thousands of years ago. There is something wrong where teachers and schools don't have enough money to shape our future, but we have billions to push Democracy on the rest of the world.

Are you inside my head? Truer words were never spoken...I can only say (not meaning "poor me"), that living in WI.) I am unable to at least love the beauty of your ocean, mountains, desert & architecture. Having spent time there in my younger years, I assumed it would be my retirement city. Alas, becoming disabled left me without true income & can't afford to live there. Hmm, that is unless you need a roommate? Between the 2 of us, we may just be able to afford it! Deborah :o)

Well Roger, you may be poor and disabled in body but not in spirit or soul. Which is a great achievement, the best achievement you can make in life. You're some of the glue that unites our community, and I for one (of many) value your scanner reports and your funny commentaries. And RogerSpeak. Playing around with the way words sound and look is a trademark of great literature for centuries--the Greeks did it, Shakespeare, too, and of course there's Mrs. Malaprop. Power on.

You are simply wonderful, Roger!!!! The story about the chicken with the deputy just cracked me up, out loud! I just pictured it in my mind, and can't stop laughing. You doo so much for our community, you serve an awesome purpose. And, as for "RogerSpeak," I love it! And, I went back to school years back to take grammar, and got an A! So, all you naysayers, back off of Roger! I want so badly to bring you some delicious homemade grub, or would it make Belinda and Pooh Bear jealous? You could always share with them.

I love Eagle River Wisconsion my family loves it too they go every year. I haven't been there in 30 years and miss it deeply. About 20 years ago I almost took a job as a caretaker at a resort there sometimes I really wish I woulda took the job. Of course then I would have never run into Edhat and you guys..I have a very small place and a cat that won't give up his side of the bed and my left arm. Someday if I get anutter place I'll let you know Deb but it would probley only happen if I win the lottery, PRAY! Thank you for your wonderful comments they make me feel good. I'm always on the D-FENS-IVE around here tip toeing around every corner waiting to be blasted. All comments are appreacated but the nice ones are special...:)
